Situated on the Limpopo Lipadi Private Game and Wilderness Reserve the camp consists of seven separate lodges plus a central area with swimming pool, bar, rest room, dining area and catering facilities. Both the central area and the lodges have electricity (with backup generator) and running hot water.

Each of the seven lodges is designed to be fully functional for the shareholder and his private party and comprises a living space, with lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and utility room, and a fire and braai/barbeque area next to the water. Four of the lodges have three bedrooms and three lodges have two bedrooms, with each bedroom in its own separate building. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities, with a huge glass-enclosed shower. Larger bedrooms also have outside showers. All bedrooms have fans and air-conditioning and full-length sliding glass doors that glide smoothly into recesses in the walls and can be left open or replaced by sliding gauze doors that allow the sounds in but keep the insects and prowling wildlife out.

Camp wildlife is abundant and includes warthogs, bushbuck, monitor lizards, monkeys and countless birds, as well as hippos and crocodiles closer to the water. Mostly unseen but always present, animals such as aardvarks, porcupines, brown and spotted hyenas and even leopards roam the camp at night.
